This health hack is so interesting - I’ve started eating my meals “fiber first” and it has helped me with digestion and maintained energy after meals. This must be where it all started - thanks for a deeper dive into the hack.

Isn’t it the best tip?! I’d forgotten about it too. Sometimes ADDING things is a more productive (and easier…) way to start a healthy habit than REMOVING things! 💞
