Lacey, I loved reading more about the healthy habits you picked up while in Paris. We often look at wellness as a long checklist that is stressful and the opposite of what we are striving for. Such great reminders in this post!
LOVE this!! I should’ve included a section on tea and digestion. I brought my husband back a big bag of loose leaf earl grey. The quality is so good. It was the best gift!! Lucky you for calling Paris home!
Great post! I live in New York and love to walk. I'm now spending two months in Spain, where the people not only have long lunches but also take a siesta after lunch. The work gets done, and everyone seems healthier, fit, and without stress.

Grace!!! I’m so glad you took the time to read it. Wellness in America is like another “to do” that yes.. stresses us out!
Loved this! We walk / bike everywhere, and anything digestion related is so important so there’s definitely lots of teas involved 🤍

Jealous! All of it sounds divine right now.
i always found it funny that the french never diet.... they "Faire attention" -pay attention.... so they eat everything just in very small portions
It’s such a better way to approach things 🥐
love this !!
Yay!! 🥲❤️
Oooh, you are making me want to book a flight!
It’s not THAT far from nyc… 👀 ❤️
Love this! And thanks for the cute mention :) Paris looks good on you!
Only wish I’d been there longer than 72 hours! LA misses you!
