As a non-coffee drinker, matcha with whole milk doesn't taste right, but I went off oat milk a while ago after learning of the crazy glucose spike and how much extra oils etc they put in it. So unsweetened almond milk for my matcha. But interestingly, I also have a sensitivity to whole milk despite growing drinking a cup with dinner every night, and I can handle milk in Europe!

That is sooooooooo interesting. I'd love to learn more about this. Why is everything in Europe seemingly more tolerable?! Why is everything we consume in America somehow worse?!

Our whole family is currently drinking a gallon or more of organic whole milk each week. This is the first I've heard of A2 and I look forward to trying it, thanks Lace!

For upcoming topics, I'd be curious your thoughts on natural ways to fight hay fever this spring.

I'm a big fan of Kefir, especially if I have upset digestion. Full-fat milk or heavy cream is my choice when I want to turn my coffee experience into a decadent treat. Protein and good fats are top priorities.

Ah, so funny you mention Kefit - I have this in my fridge but intimidated by the consistency. Is it yogurt or milk? Can you put in coffee? A friend recommened it to me for the little ones but I haven't yet tried it myself!! Whatever you're doing... I want to do the same ;).

I’m mostly concerned about packaging. Unless it’s sold in glass it’s part of that credit card size chunk of plastic Americans eat each week that ends up in fine dendritic veins of organs and brains. Who cares about bloaty proteins if it causes a stroke or kidney failure?
